With the construction underway along 1st Avenue in Weyburn, the City of Weyburn is advising residents of how they will be able to access the hospital, which is located on 1st Avenue at the intersection with 2nd Street. In a release issued late Friday, the City stressed while some of the entrances will be closed as the construction progresses eastward along the road, there will always be at least one entrance open.
From the south, there are two accesses to the hospital. One is from 2nd Street, and the other is from 4th Street, then turning west to the hospital on 1st Avenue. For those coming to the hospital from the north, there is access along Windsor Street.
The City of Weyburn is asking residents to use caution when driving near the construction site, and they thank everyone for their patience and cooperation during the construction project.
