The Weyburn Market on the Farm will be back on Saturday, with more than 20 vendors, barbecue, and live music in a farm setting.

Host and Organizer Alyssa Bjorn said this will be the first market they've held that wasn't on a long weekend, so she's hoping to see even more faces at her family's farm just five minutes north along Highway 39.

"There will be signs on the road if you head towards Regina on the 39, and we're about five minutes from town. Take your first right on Range Road 2512," she said. "Come hungry. Come ready to hang out. We're excited to see who all comes out."

Live music this time will be provided by J.P. Harmony and Pat Acton, as each of the previous two markets have featured a different musical performance.

"The past two markets have been absolutely fantastic. I think my favourite part has been seeing people come for a quick meander through and stay for two hours enjoying homemade hamburgers and the live music and circling through the different vendors. It's been so amazing, just the community happening where people wouldn't normally expect."

Bjorn added there will be some new vendors coming to this third event, including Prairie Lily Seasonings and Rubs, in addition to some of the original vendors from previous events. Those who make the quick trip out to the farm can also look forward to face-painting and homemade burgers.

The third Weyburn Market on the Farm event will be held from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. this Saturday, July 27th.
