Prairie Central Softball team wins gold at Sask. Summer Games

It was a golden trip to Lloydminster for the Prairie Central Girls softball. 

Prairie Central won the gold medal, claiming the championship with a 13-6 win over South West.  

To reach the final, Prairie Central edged out South East in the semi-finals 3-2. 

During the round robin, they spilt their first two games on Monday, a 6-5 loss to South West but rebounded with a 6-5 win over Saskatoon. 

On Tuesday, they defeated Rivers West 7-2.
