With the heat warning over this weekend, the weather should be perfect for those who want to stay active outdoors or even to take advantage of tonight's Weyburn Beavers game at Tom Laing Park, when they welcome once again the Medicine Hat Mavericks. The first pitch is at 7 p.m.
While it's an indoor event tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Stronger Together Community Potluck will be held at Knox Hall, and all are welcome.

Another event tomorrow will feature two of the same musicians as the potluck, JP Harmony and Pat Acton. The Weyburn Market on the Farm event will be held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Bjorn farm, and will also feature more than 20 vendors, food, and of course, live music.

The Weyburn Leisure Centre will be closed all day Saturday for a tournament being hosted by the Weyburn Silver Seals speed swim team. As well, no $5 family swim is scheduled for Sunday evening.
