For the second time in the WCBL's history, they have welcomed over 300,000 fans to ballparks across western Canada.

The WCBL announced that attendance could hit a new regular season record by the end, showing that baseball thrives in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

The final games of the 2024 season is set for August 5th, Okotoks will be in Lethbridge to face the Bulls in the final game as both teams chase the Gulls for the top spot in the West Division. Sylvan Lake currently holds the top spot in the division with the Dawgs trailing by two and a half games and the Bulls behind four and a half games.

The Gulls and Dawgs will not play each for the rest of the season where Okotoks and the Bulls face each other another three times with the first of three games being played today at 7:05 pm at Seaman Stadium, the second being played again at Seaman Stadium for an afternoon game on August 4th, and the final game in Lethbridge played on August 5th.
