Team Canada and Knox finished in sixth place earlier in the week during the Men's 4x100m Freestyle Relay. On Saturday (August 3) Knox and his teammates will be back in the pool for the Men's 4x100m Medley Relay for the first heat at 4:46 a.m.

Another Foothills Olympic athlete Vulcan's Keyara Wardley already took home a silver medal in Women's Rugby 7's, Knox has a chance to add to Canada's medal count and continue to make the Foothills area proud.
