The excitement has been building as the Pembina Valley gears up for the highly anticipated Summer Shedtacular Grand Finale!
"There's been quite a bit of interest with the shed. We've had a number of phone calls on how to enter to win the shed, people stopping by asking, it's been wonderful," said Esther Wolfe, Manager of Morden Home Hardware Building Centre.
This event promises to be a highlight of the season, and Abby Wall had the pleasure of spending the morning handing out limited edition hats, which are the invitation to the grand finale, to eager community members.
"That is actually really exciting. I like that it brings attention to something and then you can win a prize at the same time. I think it's great!" said grand finale participant, Sheri Banman.
Scheduled to take place on August 28th at Morden Home Hardware Building Centre, the Grand Finale will mark the end of the summer-long build-up for the Shedtacular, during which participants have the chance to win incredible prizes, including a fully loaded backyard shed.
"We are in desperate need of a new shed, so this would be sweet... It's time for an upgrade," said grand finale participant, Kim Miller.
People are eagerly looking forward to the event, which promises not only the prize draw but also an evening filled with fun activities, and a sense of friendly community competition.
