Royals go winless at Senior AA Provincials

The Senior AA Tier 1 Provincials took place this past weekend in Regina, involving the Marysburg Royals. 

It was a tough weekend for the Royals emerging with no wins. 

They opened the tournament with a 7-5 loss to the host Regina Trappers on Friday,

On Saturday, they opened the day with a 10-7 loss to the Saskatoon Outlaws. 

They lost to the Regina Rockies 12-4 in their second game of the day.

Finishing up the tournament, the Royals lost to the Carlyle Cardinals 11-6. 

The Regina Trappers would go on to win provincials with a 9-1 over Carlyle. They now advance to Nationals later this month, while the Royals are now preparing for Western Canadians later this month.
