Foothills County moves to a Fire Restriction

Foothills County has downgraded its Fire Ban to a Fire Restriction.

Recent weather patterns have changed moisture levels in the county, which constituted the change.

Despite the ban being removed, the County is asking residents to be extra cautious and vigilant when it comes to fires, including soaking areas around fire pits once a fire is extinguished

A Fire Ban could be imposed at any time, depending on how conditions change.
