Winnipeg police say a 40-year-old man has been found safe.
Police sent out a release early Friday, August 9, saying the man had not been seen since 5:30 on Thursday evening.
He was known to walk along the riverbanks with his black walker, and police were concerned for his well-being.
Just after 11 a.m. on Friday police sent out another release saying the man had been safely located.
