Another Black Bear sighting caught on camera

It's been several weeks, but another area resident has caught a black bear on camera in the region.

This time around it was Grant Recksiedler who was able to capture this video Thursday, August 8th.

"(It was) just prior to 9:30am, located approximately 3 miles Northwest of Rosenfeld," he shared in an email to PembinaValleyOnline.

In late June, Elliot Rempel spotted a bear near his yard northwest of Altona, between Altona and Horndean. That was preceded in mid-May by black bear sightings along Provincial Road 201 on the way to St. Joseph. You can find the links to those stories, below.
