Yup! That's me. you're probably wondering why I'm being strangled by University of Saskatchewan heavyweight wrestler Luke Launderville. It's because last week, I tried jiu-jitsu for the FIRST TIME EVER at the Estevan Combat Sports and Fitness!
Categories

Yes. It's true.

I tried jiu-jitsu with the Estevan Combat Sports and Fitness last week. Their team invited me out to try out their program since they've got a handful of $100 punch passes on the DiscoverEstevan Online Auction - and they're not going to last that long! Three out of the four passes have bids on them at the time of writing, so I'd suggest getting in on the bidding now (if I were you 😉). The ECSF were so welcoming and patient with me, considering that I was a newcomer to both the sport and the gym. Each punch pass can get you in for 10 classes.

Estevan Combat Sports and Fitness doesn't just offer jiu-jitsu classes either. They also offer kickboxing classes on an alternate schedule. Jiu-jitsu classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while kickboxing happens on Mondays and Wednesdays. All classes start at 7:00 p.m.

(Please don't roast me - yes, I'm aware I'm bad at this...for now!)

Estevan Combat Sports and Fitness has four of these $100 punch passes for significantly cheaper on the DiscoverEstevan Auction! Lock down a great deal by bidding today!

Bidding on these items is closing this Wednesday! If you've ever wanted to try martial arts, but don't know where to start, this is the way to go! Big thanks to the team at Estevan Combat Sports and Fitness for letting me try out this amazing sport. Their gym is at 1320 7th Street in Estevan. You can catch them on Facebook and Instagram, or you can contact them by email at EstevanCSF@gmail.com. You'll see me on the mat soon - although you'll never catch me in the ring!
