The Okotoks Dawgs took Seaman Stadium for a wild ride this year taking all three series to a deciding third game in the WCBL playoffs.

The Dawgs would beat the Lethbridge Bulls in the first round and won it on a 13th-inning walk-off bunt by Ricky Sanchez. The second round would see them taking game three against the Gulls in Sylvan Lake with a 10-4 score. They finished off the three-peat in game three of the finals against the Moose Jaw Miller Express with a walk-off home run coming from the hometown hero Connor Crowson in a 6-5 ball game.

"Mr. August" Brendan Luther led the league with 11 runs in the postseason. 2024 WCBL All-Star and veteran pitcher for the Dawgs Graham Brunner led the WCBL playoffs with 19 strikeouts, and Ashton Luera was tied for second place with 18. Sanchez was third in the league in RBIs with a total of 10, and Jarrett Burney had seven to take the fourth spot in the league standings. Sanchez would also lead the league in walks after getting 12 BBs. Luther was able to come into third place in hits with a total of 16.

It was a magical run and the fans were loud cheering on their hometown team throughout the season and all through playoffs.
