Muenster’s Skyler Varga has been playing NCAA volleyball with the Long Beach State team for the past year. Now he’s been recruited into the Canada Men’s NextGen U21 team in the NORCECA Men Final 6 2024 in Gatineau, Quebec from August 20-25.
The North, Central American and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation (NORCECA) represents 35 countries in the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB). As such, the Canadian 21U squad represents the best in Canadian Volleyball.
Varga and his teammates opened yesterday with a rock solid 3-0 (25-19, 25-21, 25-19) victory. The team plays at 5 pm each day through the tournament by linking to 2024 NORCECA Men's Final 6 on YouTube.
