Morden Park Bowl was filled with activity Wednesday night for the Access Credit Union Movie in the Park, one in a series of three nights for community members to come together, enjoy the beautiful weather, have fun and watch a movie. Other Movie in the Park nights were in Sanford and Gimli.

Managing Partner at Morden Access Credit Union Candace Collins described some of the activities attendees enjoyed leading up to the showing of Toy Story 3.

"We had bouncy castles, face painting, glitter tattoos, we had photo opportunities, and we had our D-O-G, which is our Director of Greetings, a Saint Bernard by the name of Nickel, and he was doing some tricks as well, so lots to take in."

Collins was thrilled to see so many people come together on a beautiful night at the end of the summer.

"Prior to school starting, the kids can stay up late, enjoy a movie, we've got free popcorn and drinks and a wonderful crowd."

The Access Credit Union Staff were in the company trailer handing out popcorn once again this year.

She explained why the financial institution has done this for many years in a row.

"It's so important for Access Credit Union to give back to our community and this is just one of the things that we do. We're happy to provide this to the families and have them enjoy this movie."

She gave another important reason for holding this fun-filled evening.

"Thanking the community for supporting Access Credit Union and this is just one way that we are giving back."
