RCMP have released details about a Saturday morning search for a missing man in the R.M. of Stanley.
    
According to police, around 8:30 that morning, officials at Boundary Trails Health Centre (BTHC) reported that a 72-year-old man from Altamont had gone missing from the hospital, and was said to have walked north towards Highway 3 in an attempt to get to Morden.
    
Officers from the Pembina Valley detachment, along with RCMP Search and Rescue, RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) and members of the Winkler Fire Department and Winkler Police Service were deployed in the search.
    
At around two o'clock that afternoon, the man was found unharmed in a nearby corn field and returned to hospital.
