Heavy rainfall continues Wednesday

Environment Canada has extended its special weather statement Wednesday, calling for more heavy rain and strong winds.

Heavy rainfall and strong winds are expected to continue to today. Showers will continue through the day today.

Upwards of 40 mm is expected by this evening. Strong northerly winds will develop early later this morning, with gusts of 80 km/h expected.

Winds will weaken later this afternoon.
