Road closure in Gasoline Alley area starts Friday

Red Deer County is advising drivers that Lantern Street between Liberty Avenue and Leva Avenue will be partially closed for utility work from September 6th to September 10th. 

During the day, the east bound lanes will be open for general traffic. The west bound lane will be limited to access for local businesses and no through traffic during the day.

Other businesses can be serviced through the onsite detour plan. Two way traffic during the evening hours will be accommodated.

The affected areas will include:

Gasoline Alley, Red Deer County

Liberty Landing, Red Deer County

and McKenzie Industrial, Red Deer County.
