If you visit George Lane Park today, you will notice yellow tape near the bridge across Spitzee as a tree is in danger of collapsing.
One of the trees in a group has a large crack down the base, and visitors to the park could be in danger if they cross the yellow tape.
Contractors will be in the area today (September 11) to remove the tree. In the meantime, stay clear of the workers and the tree with a large crack down the middle at George Lane Park.
