The Central Alberta Humane Society is seeking a cover model for the “Who Rescued Who?” Rescued Pet Calendar.
“We are calling all proud pet parents to celebrate their rescued furry family members while supporting the animals still waiting for their forever homes,” a Central Alberta Humane Society media release said.
The 2025 calendar will feature stories of rescued pets, with each of the 12 months highlighting adopted animals.
“Your support is crucial for the care of the animals in our shelter, as we are not government-funded,” the media release said. “By taking part in our contest, you help us provide for the animals still waiting for their forever homes.”
Central Albertans can submit photos of their rescued pets and cast their votes for their favourite until Sept. 16 at 4:59 p.m.
Every pet entered in the contest will be featured in the calendar collage pages in the "Who Rescued Who?" 2025 Calendar.
