Rain or shine, the semiannual plant sale fundraiser of the Cochrane & District Horticultural Society is being held this coming Sunday, Sept. 15 in front of the Cochrane Public Library, 405 Railway St. W.

The runs from 1 to 3 p.m., and it's wise to show up early. Typically, people line up anxious for the sale to begin.

Like the spring, they'll have a series of canopy tents on site for the sale.

Molly Sapergia, of the society, says they'll have a large variety of perennials, shrubs, seeds, houseplants, accessories, books and more, thanks to generous donations by society members and local nurseries.
