Try new programming during Discover Week at SLS Centre

There are many new programs at Spray Lake Sawmills (SLS) Centre this fall that you can try for FREE this week.

Discover Week is an opportunity to sample a variety of programs, completely free before committing.

You can try Capoeira, Bouldering, Line Dancing, teen Kickboxing, and more. 

Program Manager Brooke Sabourin said some classes are already full but you can add yourself to the waitlist.

Once they have determined the interest level they can adjust class sizes to accommodate. 

All classes for this program will be instructor-led and structured as a demo so you can sample the program.

There will be a Q&A with the instructor, following the program.
