The Holy Trinity Academy (HTA) Knights were back on the field on Friday, and they continued to march down the field, taking yet another win in a convincing manner.
The Knights hosted the Catholic Central High School Cougars in Okotoks and took the game 45-13, continuing their unbeaten streak.
The Okotoks high school was able to gain 400 yards in the contest and ran it for 261 rushing yards. Running back Seth Poelzer who was named MVP at the Canada Cup this summer ran in three touchdowns. Alex Horsman got his first-ever touchdown with the HTA Knights senior team. Cayden McCullough and Ben Gutek also both added a touchdown each.
Next up for the Knights is a cross-town tangle with the Foothills Falcons on Thursday.
It's the first time both teams have met this season. It's being held at HTA, with kickoff set for 7:00 p.m.
