It's Fuel Good Day today, which means three non-profits in the area will benefit from anyone filling up their gas tanks today at any of the Prairie Sky Co-op gas bar locations in Weyburn, Milestone, Lang, and Beaubier.
Member Relations Manager Danielle Knoll said, "If you fill up at any Prairie Sky Co-op location, we are giving 10 cents per litre sold today back to the community.
"This year we have three organizations that we are donating to, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Weyburn, the Milestone and Rural Volunteer Fire Department, as well as the Southeast Regional Library's Lake Alma branch."
She said there is a special incentive happening for Fuel Good Day at the two gas bars in Weyburn, Crossroads at the intersection of Highway 39 and Highway 13, and 'Suds City', at 1794 First Avenue. If you fuel up, you will also receive a free iced coffee.
The annual event usually brings in more customers, so Knoll said it will be 'all hands on deck' at all their locations. Members of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Weyburn may also be on hand at the gas bars in Weyburn.
