Winkler police arrest two for sexual offences

Two men were arrested by Winkler police earlier this month for sexual offences.
    
On September 2nd, a female youth reported she'd been sexually assaulted two weeks earlier by a man known to her. The man was arrested for sexual interference and later released on an undertaking with a future court date.

Then on September 12th, another female youth disclosed two historical sexual assaults by man also known to her. This suspect was arrested on two counts of sexual assault and released on an undertaking with a future court date
