Keep your eyes peeled for cattle coming down from the high country in Kananaskis.
Ranchers are currently rounding up their herds and motorists are asked to slow down and be patient.
Many times, the cattle need to be herded along Highway 40, Highway 940 or Highway 540 in the southern areas of Kananaskis Country.
Explore Foothills put out the reminder on X for motorists earlier this week as Autumn conditions settle in.
They remind you if you do get stuck in a cattle drive to just be patient and look for directions from the ranchers, whom most will be on horseback.
