Come try speed skating!

The shift into fall and winter sports is here!

The Moose Jaw Kinsmen Speed Skating Club is lacing up for another season and they're hosting a Come Try Speed Skating event on Tuesday October 1 at the Kinsmen Arena.

Verna Kergan, Head Coach of the club, joined Calum McAnally on the Mix 103 Morning Show to talk about the event.

"It's an opportunity to have kids and adults come out and give speed skates a try, because they are different from hockey skates or figure skates. It's nice to get them on the skates and feel what it's like to be on those skates."
