Last night, Sunset Ridge residents showed why they were crowned Cochrane's 2024 Best Neighbourhood.
Over 1,000 people popped by the central park to enjoy Sunset's prize for winning the 4th annual vote between 12 Cochrane neighbourhoods.
Kids had a gas playing games, petting puppies, and having their faces painted while chilling with family and friends. Parents had their share of fun, too, catching up with neighbours while enjoying the vibe.
Adding to the event was a special guest live performance by Cochrane's very own Noel Johnson.
The food trucks crews were kept hopping, and people had a chance to visit Cultivate Cochrane's Passive Solar Roller.
And the draw prizes, man! Some lucky people walked away with a Denim & Smith/Curious Salon prize pack, Dallas Smith concert tickets and tickets to see Tim & The Glory Boys live in Cochrane.
Sunset is the fourth neighbourhood to score the party since the showdown was created by Cochrane Now in 2021. Riversong/Riviera/Willows, Fireside and Heartland have all won in the past.
