On Sunday, thousands of classic car owners and enthusiasts drove into High River which warmed up quickly under a beautiful sunshine-filled sky.
Downtown High River was lined with all makes and models of vehicles as wild as the imagination could go.
From a Lamborghini to a milk truck to roadsters.
The 3rd Annual Brian Chipchase Sr. Memorial also filled George Lane Park.
The food trucks lined up on 5 Ave. SW helped to satiate the thousands of people that showed up for the 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. event which is one of the last car shows of the season.
Car clubs from Alberta and beyond showed up bright and early as they lined up onto 12 Ave.
Volunteers organized through the River City Classics and Eamon's Garage Society ran the event smoothly as it's their 21st year running the car show.
A 3-piece rockabilly band played the main stage while another played in the gazebo in George Lane Park.
The event was renamed three years ago after a longtime volunteer with the club, Brian Chipchase Sr. passed away.
The 50/50 ticket winner will split a pot of $2,810 but has yet to claim their winnings and has 10 days to do so.
The club also put on the Burn Out on Saturday and new this year was a dinner and dance at Eamon's Garage the Call of the West Museum later that night.
The next generation of car enthusiasts also made a special appearance, and the car club looks forward to next year.
