It's holiday season - Happy Hallothanksmas! 

You're already busy with your kids, your work, trying to plan who's going where and who's doing what for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas - and all while trying to stay on track with your fitness and nutrition goals. It can feel like a lot, but it doesn't have to be.

Treating yourself and eating these savoury and sweet foods is actually healthy and you should indulge sometimes! These are special occasions with your family, so enjoy them, accept them and love them.

You're not going to lose (or gain) anything by having a few extra bites of a beautifully brined turkey, by taking an extra treat from the plastic pumpkin at work, or by having to skip a workout to take your child to their Christmas concert.
