The Northern Lights were on display again Thursday night right across southern Alberta.
It's the second time this week we've been fortunate enough to see the aurora borealis.
People from Calgary, Okotoks, High River, Stavely and throughout the Foothills shared photos of the spectacular multi-coloured display in the night sky on social media.
The aurora borealis was easily visible from shortly after dusk until the early morning hours.
The light shows have been very frequent this year, as the sun has been experiencing many solar flares and surface eruptions, which then cause geomagnetic storms that affect our planet's sky.
