Seniors for Kids masquerade party

The Seniors For Kids Society has a Masquerade party fundraiser on Saturday. 

There will be live music,  dancing, drinks, and disguises at the Lions Event Centre on October 19th. 

Board member, Marni Fedeyko explains what they do in our community. "They pair up kids who don't have a grandparent that lives close by. So they pair seniors with children in the schools and those kids spend maybe an hour a week with their grandparent."  

Low Tide will be performing and tickets are 20 dollars each on Eventbrite with proceeds going directly to the Seniors for Kids Society.
