In late July, it was announced that Comfort Inn & Suites Airdrie, located in the city's southeast, was sold to a private investor
According to a post by Senior Vice President at Colliers International, Hamir Bansal, on July 30, he wrote that Colliers acted as an 'exclusive advisor' in the sale of the 103-key Comfort Inn & Suites Airdrie on behalf of a private investor to another private investor.
"This efficient limited-service asset is a leading hotel in the area occupying a highly desirable location in close proximity to the busiest highway in Alberta, the Queen Elizabeth II Highway, providing direct access to the Calgary International Airport and downtown Calgary," Bansal added.
There were no details on who the private investors who bought the hotel is.
