Putting the fun in a fundraiser for the new Weyburn General Hospital, the Weyburn & District Hospital Foundation's Casino Night is coming up on November 2nd at McKenna Hall.
WDHF Office Manager Whitney Johnson said the event will now feature an option of smaller tables, which may work better for smaller groups who can't fill a table of eight.
"We just added some cocktail tables for four people. You can get your cocktail table for $300, or you can buy two tickets for $150," she shared. "So essentially it's $75 for tickets, so $25 off."
Regular ticket prices are $100 for sponsorship tables of eight, with only two left. There is also a limited number of cocktail tables.
Johnson said she is hoping this will help them sell out in time for the ticket purchase deadline, October 25th.
"With your ticket, you get $100 in casino cash, you get the appies, desserts, live entertainment, a photo booth, the casino games, and then we'll also have the cash bar, silent auction, 50/50, and then at the end of the night, anyone with money remaining from the casino can either use it to enter or raffle, or use it to bid on our live auction packages."
The event is sponsored by Wright Construction, the contractor currently building the new hospital.
Tickets can be purchased at the Weyburn District Hospital Foundation office, or by calling 306-842-2626.
