UPDATE: Single vehicle collision in Airdrie slowing down traffic

A single-vehicle collision was causing delays for rush-hour traffic in Airdrie. It has since been cleared.

According to reports, a vehicle struck a pole in the median on Kingsview Blvd SE just south of Kingsview Way SE.

Crews were on the scene, but have since left.

Earlier today, Alberta RCMP provided some tips to residents to remind them to take precautions and be prepared for winter driving.
