Wildcats top Hounds to move into 2nd place

Raela Packet and Kyla Benjamin supplied the treats - or goals - for the Swift Current Innovation Federal Credit Union Wildcats, as they beat the Notre Dame Hounds 2-1 on the eve of Halloween. 

Jade Thompson had two assists for Swift Current as they move to 3-2-1-1 in the Saskatchewan female U18 AAA league. She has five points in her last three games.

Jordyn Ottenbreit made 26 saves to secure the win for the Wildcats. 

Swift Current sits second in a tightly contested league so far. 

The Wildcats host Prince Albert on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.
