Manitoba Premier shares powerful Biblical reflection from Prairie Green Landfill visit
Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew is sharing an experience he had during a recent visit to the Prairie Green Landfill in hopes of offering a new perspective on the search currently underway at the facility, located northwest of Winnipeg, for the remains of Morgan Harris and Marcedes Myran, the missing women believed to be buried there.
Accompanied by the women's families, who also brought with them their spiritual support, one of which was a Christian pastor, Kinew says the moment happened on their way back down the hill.

Mully Children's Family has been close to the heart of local author Paul Boge since he first visited decades ago.
"I went to MCF for the first time in 2003 to teach physics and math, and Charles Mully asked me to write the story of his life," said Boge. "I almost fell off my chair. It felt like you were interviewing somebody who had just walked out of the book of Acts."
'Advocate for yourself': Twin sisters battling cancer together, diagnosed at 29
Twin sisters Cortney Drover and Connie Claeys were both diagnosed with breast cancer at the early age of 29. Together they are using their platform to raise awareness to help women across Canada.
"I got diagnosed first," says Drover. "I'm the older twin by five minutes. Back in 2015, I found a lump under my arm. Not being educated in cancer at all, I thought it was nothing. I went to Emergency and they thought it was just a cold and that my lymph nodes were enlarged. It was my mom who kept pretty much begging me to go get it looked at."
