Buddy was the lucky winner of Pet Value's Perfect Pet in October!
Kelly Hanson, Buddy's cat mom, is going home with a $50 gift card from Pet Value.
"I got him from the Humane Society in Moose Jaw. He was brought in with a litter near the base and he picked me, so I brought him," said Hanson.
