The Canadian Mental Health Association in Weyburn is holding their annual Winter Hamper Raffle. Program Director for CMHA Weyburn, Tasha Collins, says there are two hampers being raffled off with different values.
“Tickets are three for $5. First prize is a food hamper, which is valued at $319, and the second prize is a games hamper, which is valued at $225. The draw date will be December 12th and we'll be doing the draw on location at CMHA.”
Collins says this is at least the thirteenth year they’ve held the fundraiser. All proceeds go to fund their programming and services.
“We have local residents, Dave and Donna Rennie, who support this raffle by purchasing the hampers.”
There are a limited number of tickets with only around 720 printed. Tickets can be purchased in person at CMHA Weyburn, or at PharmaSave on November 26th if tickets have not sold out.
