The Rocky Mountain Rotary Club of Cochrane's fourth annual Toys 4 Kids campaign is officially underway.
The initiative provides support to local families in need during the holiday season, helping to make Christmas a little brighter for those facing hardship.
Nicole Kimpton with the Rocky Mountain Rotary Club, says nominations are already pouring in. "We’ve already received seven nominations, and we’re excited to keep it going. It's a way to give back and really make the holidays special for families in need."
Cochranites can help by donating new, unwrapped toys or gift cards. "Donations can be dropped off at Snap Dance Studios or Cochrane Toyota, and we’re thankful for their continued support."
In addition to being a drop-off location for donations, Snap Dance Studios is encouraging their families to participate in wrapping gifts and helping with donations.
"It’s all about giving back, and it’s wonderful to see so many local families come together to help."
The deadline for nominations is November 30, and donations will be accepted until December 16. "We’ll ensure all donations go to families who need them most, making sure kids' Christmas wishes come true."
