Cochrane RCMP National Domestic Violence Awareness

November is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Tomorrow (Nov 20) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. you can visit the Cochrane RCMP detachment at 12 Clydesdale Avenue to raise awareness, prevent violence, and support survivors.

Constable Clayton Gelinas says this is also a chance for victims to speak up. "We will have Big Hill Haven there and Alberta Victim Services, this is also a chance for victims to speak with police".

The domestic violence meeting is on November 20th in the Community Conference Room at the Cochrane RCMP detachment in Heartland.
