Snowy weather sees calls made to police

With the deluge of snow that has fallen this week, the Moose Jaw Police Service received a number of calls that may have been related to the weather conditions.

on Tuesday, police responded to a two-vehicle collision on 4th Avenue NW at Caribou Street, which resulted in $20,000 of damages, two tows, and a ticket being issued.

Yesterday a semi was also removed after it was called in for blocking Diefenbaker Drive at Highland Road, and on the 1200 block of 9th Ave NE, a car was towed out of the ditch by another vehicle.

Early this morning, a semi was moved out of the way after getting stuck on the North Service Road.
