The Swift Current & District Chamber of Commerce has unveiled its new CEO.
Corla Rokochy has been appointed to the role of CEO for the Chamber. The long-time resident of Swift Current was previously serving as the program director at the Swift Current Museum.
In the release from the Chamber, Rokochy was described as "a passionate advocate for community development and an experienced leader with a background in business management, program development, and community engagement,".
The current CEO for the Chamber, Karla Wiens, is retiring from the position after 7 years. She will remain on into the first quarter of the 2025 fiscal, with plans to help Rokochy acclimate to the job.
