The Cochrane Generals are looking for a different result in tonight's (Nov. 22) home game against the Okotoks Bisons.
The puck drops in the first of two back-to-back home games at 8 p.m. against the top team in the HJHL south division.
The Bisons have won both encounters with the Gens this season, the last a 6-1 win in Cochrane.
Saturday night, the Wheatland Kings are appearing in Cochrane for the first time this season at 8:15 p.m.. The two teams are 1-1 in their matchups, each close one-goal wins.
The Gens come into the weekend on a three-game winning streak and have a firm grip on fourth in the south. A pair of wins could further close the gap on the top three teams.
The Gens are coming off a bye week and enjoyed their largest pub night ever at the Cochrane Lions Event Centre on Nov. 15.
