Saturday's constant snowfall in southwest Saskatchewan has taken a toll on road conditions.

According to the Highway Hotline as of 10:20 p.m. on Saturday, travel on six highways in the region is not being recommended.

The Trans-Canada Highway from Rush Lake to Moose Jaw, Highway 4 from Sask Landing to Rosetown, Highway 363 from Neidpath to Moose Jaw, Highway 19 from Morse to Hodgeville, Highway 343 from Plato to Dinsmore, and Highway 44 from Dinsmore to Eatonia are all listed with travel not recommend and with reduced visibility.

Highway 21 from Eatonia to south of Consul, Highway 32 from Leader to Swift Current, Trans-Canada Highway from the Alberta border to Carmichael, Highway 271 from Fort Walsh to Maple Creek, Highway 13 from the Albert border to Eastend, and Highway 18 from Robstart to Frontier are all categorized as snow-covered.
