Humboldt and Annaheim win silver medals at Provincial Boys Volleyball

Provincial Boys Volleyball Championships were held this past weekend.  

The HCI (Humboldt Collegiate Institute) won the silver medals in the 4A Championships as they fell to Moose Jaw Central in the Gold Medal. HCI was 2-2 after the round robin but defeated Melville and John Paul II (North Battleford) in the playoffs.  

In the 1A Championships in Medstead, Annaheim claimed the silver medals after they were defeated by Rouleau in the gold medal matchup.  

Leroy finished 4th following a loss to Edam in the Bronze medal game.  

Englefeld competed in the 2A Championships in Lashburn/Hillmond. They went 1-3 in the round robin before they were eliminated from contention by Wilkie in the quarterfinals.
