Jerome Francis Dosch
June 9, 1926 – December 5, 2024

It is with great sadness the family of Jerome Francis Dosch announces his passing on December 5, 2024. He was 98 years of age. Jerome was born on June 9, 1926, at the family homestead near Annaheim, Saskatchewan, to Henry and Mary (Meyer) Dosch. He was the second child in a family of seven. On October 27, 1947, he married Cora Roenspies, the love of his life. They were blessed with seven children – Brian, Wayne, Lorne, Joanne, Rupert, Lana and Leann. Farming was Jerome’s passion. He purchased his first quarter from his parents and continued to grow the farm and farmed for 60 years, passing it on to the next generation. His goal was to grow a better crop each year than the previous one. Jerome was a guiding light through his life. His deep-rooted faith was evident in the countless hours spent working at St. Ann’s Parish in Annaheim. Jerome was a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus and an integral part of the Annaheim New Horizons. He also served over 35 years on the St. Peter’s Conservation and Development Board. Nothing brought greater joy to Jerome than family. He loved all the family gatherings with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. In later years, he enjoyed playing cards and bus trips with Cora to casinos.
