William “Bill” Cole Latrace was born on January 2, 1942 in Saskatoon, SK to Alvin and Grace (nee Cole) Latrace. Jesus came for him on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 while he was surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer. Bill was predeceased by his parents and stepmother, Cora (nee Burrell) Latrace; and granddaughter Julie Latrace. He is survived by his wife Lorna (nee Hartsook); sisters Linda (Frank) Porter and Dianne (Terry) Fox; sons James (Susan), Jonathan (Diane) and Joel (Cindy), along with their families; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Bill married Lorna Jeanne Harstook on December 30, 1966 in Eston, SK. They lived on the farm near Tessier, SK until 1977, when they moved to Caronport, SK and began working at Briercrest Bible College and farming. Bill continued to be involved at Briercrest as long as he could.
