Assiniboia Library steak dinner fundraiser approaching

If you are hungry for some steak, go to Limerick later this month.

The Assiniboia & District Public Library is holding a steak night fundraiser on January 30th at the Limerick Hotel between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. to raise money for its 2025 programming.

"It's a great place to eat is a great place to meet. Primarily of course we do things in Assiniboia as we're located here but it's also nice to get out to one of the communities who also supports us," said Lori Crighton, branch librarian.

People will get to enjoy an 8 oz. New York steak along with other amazing food on the menu for $40 per ticket.
