The Estevan Kinettes delivered on a fundraiser last night that saw a number of community members get pied in the face.
The Kinettes had been accepting votes to determine who would be pied, with votes cast in exchange for donated money.
Potential pie recipients included Mayor Tony Sernick, ECS principal James Jones, lifetime Kinsman Dave Elliott, and two Kinette ladies, Raelene Fieber and Susan Colbow.
In total, 119 votes were cast, with the three highest-voted people getting pied.
The first person to get pied, with 30 votes, was Susan Colbow.
The second person to get pied actually had a tie, with ECS Principal James Jones also receiving 30 votes.
The final person of the five who got pied was Mayor Tony Sernick, who received 33 votes.
Sernick was not the last person in attendance to be pied, as part of the fundraiser included the Estevan Kinettes challenging the Nokomis Kinettes to see who could raise more money.
Estevan managed to raise a total of $1,775 for the goal, but Nokomis managed to outdo them by raising over $2,300.
That means Kinette Krissy Wallman, who made the bet with her mother Joan Wallman, who is a Kinette in Nokomis, ended up getting pied as well.
The Estevan Kinettes livestreamed the pieings in two parts, which you can watch here:
